Meet Kyle Hawley
Kyle Hawley is an artist, founder, president, and art director whose work blends fine art, design, and craft-driven innovation. Educated at Texas State University and the ArtCenter College of Design, she has built a multidisciplinary career shaped by early experiences with tactile making and an enduring belief in the transformative power of play. Her creative approach reflects a lifelong connection to materials, storytelling, and the imaginative freedom she first discovered as a child exploring forgotten spaces and crafting her own worlds. Throughout her career, Kyle has moved fluidly between artistic expression and entrepreneurial leadership. Her fine artwork explores themes of identity, memory, motherhood, and time, while her creative direction spans printmaking, textiles, and design-focused product development. As the Founder and Art Director of Letterpress PLAY and Co-President at 26 Keys Productions, she brings a distinctive perspective that connects heritage craft with contemporary storytelling. Her background in film, theatre, and art continues to inform her design sensibility. Kyle’s work is guided by curiosity, community, and a genuine love of craft. Whether shaping artistic collections, leading creative teams, or building environments centered on play and connection, she approaches each project with a commitment to thoughtful, hands-on work and a belief in creativity as a unifying force.
